If you engage PJ Bold to design and/or manufacture custom silicone molds based on specifications you provide ("Deliverables"), you warrant that such specifications and/or any resulting Deliverables are free from any legitimate third-party claims of infringement or misappropriation of patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You further warrant that no act or omission on your part will give rise to any third-party claim that interferes with PJ Bold's use of the Specifications and/or Deliverables. You warrant that you have all necessary right, title, interest, and/or licenses to legally manufacture and use the Deliverables. You also warrant that you have not transferred any rights or licenses to any third party with respect to the Specifications and/or Deliverables, or any portion thereof.

Section 14 - Indemnification

You will, at your own expense, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rwtqpcnr and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
